A Bit About Me.....
I have 15+ years as a therapist and clinical supervisor living and working in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. I practice CBT, Life Coaching and Couples Counselling.
I. began my journey as a Counsellor at Brockenhurst College, Hampshire in 2007 where I studied my level 1, 2,and 3 counselling certificates. After which I joined E.D.A.S. (Essential Drug and Alcohol Services) in both their Bournemouth and Poole offices. Whilst there I completed their level 2 in Addictions certificate.
I then took my level 4, 5 counselling qualifications and level 6 clinical supervision qualification with CPCAB at Redlands from 2010 to 2019. After this I completed my level 4 coaching (Redlands) and Relate Family Counselling certificate 2021.
I currently work solely private practice since leaving the YMCA Bournemouth in June 2026, where I worked as their Counselling Lead delivering their counselling service for over a decade.
I also work with various individuals and two local charities providing clinical supervision for their teams.
I joined Poole Therapy Associates in 2022 and work with clients from the Full Bright Scholarship program.
