COUNSELLING
I am trained in Integrative counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Systemic practice.
Integrative counselling is a person centred based counselling method, it uses the three core models of Humanistic, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt. These approaches focus on the clients ability to use their own agency to make change
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy looks at how we think about things affects our behaviours and feelings. This method helps you to identify unhelpful thinking styles.
Systemic Family Counselling is a method of counselling which focuses on understanding how the actions and feelings of family members impact each other through greater meaning change occurs.

Counselling is best when conducted weekly, sessions last fifty minutes.
SUPERVISION
I offer one to one and group supervision, for professionals who work with clients and need to have supervisory for regulatory compliance.
I also work with workforces that work with vulnerable adults and children where there is a potential risk of vicarious trauma, transference and experiencing work related stress due to the client engagement.
Supervision is best when there is continuity: regular monthly are the best for this provision.

Sessions are usually an hour to an hour and half.

Life coaching can enable you to reach your goals, whether they be to start a new challenge or navigate a one that has been difficult to overcome.
